REFUND POLICY
Online Returns
If you’re not in love with your online purchase, you may return it for exchange or a refund less the shipping charges within 14 days of purchase. The returns for full-priced, unworn, and unwashed merchandise in its original condition, with all tags attached and proof of purchase, for a refund of the original form of payment. They must be delivered to us within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). All SALE and FINAL sale items are FINAL SALE.
To return, please email: siennablueco@msn.com and we will respond within one business day. All pre-authorized returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the receipt date and sent back to us. Once you have been authorized to make your return or exchange, we will provide you with our warehouse address for returning the package.
Please note: all sale, bathing suits, bodysuits and lingerie are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
